    Individual Therapy for Children and Adolescents

    Have you noticed your child feeling overly worried or anxious? Do you find your child feeling withdrawn, not motivated, and easily irritable? Has your child recently experienced a big life change or a traumatic event? Is your child just not the same? Have you tried different things and feel like nothing is helping? We can work together to help your child heal and thrive. In my practice, I utilize two evidence-based approaches called Play Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Therapy.

    Individual therapy can help your child be more in control of his/her emotions, increase self-esteem, reduce maladaptive behaviors, process thoughts and feelings better, and make meaningful connections with others.
